This project is currently in the works but I'm extremely excited for it! This client is a rapper in the Toronto Underground scene, I had been wanting to work with him for a while before he commissioned me - so not only is the idea already one I'm excited about but the client too.
He wanted this cover to be in the style of the show "The Boondocks", a unique art style that actually already inspires my usual art. So far I've gotten a refined sketch down including the background, and have started on the line work.
So far the most challenging part has been the pose and smaller details, but they've been so much fun to keep building on! Stay tuned- there's way more to come!
